These Terms of Service govern your use of the TransferSO website and booking services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

• check_circle Prices shown at the time of booking are final and include all applicable fees.
• check_circle You must provide accurate pickup location, destination, date, and time information.
• check_circle Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through WhatsApp.
• check_circle A booking confirmation will be sent to your email and/or phone.

• check_circle Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, depending on the booking type.
• check_circle We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
• check_circle Corporate clients may arrange invoiced billing upon approval.
• check_circle All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

• check_circle Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• check_circle Cancellations between 6-12 hours before pickup incur a 50% charge.
• check_circle Cancellations less than 6 hours before pickup or no-shows are charged the full amount.
• check_circle Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

• check_circle TransferSO provides fully insured transportation services.
• check_circle We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other force majeure events.
• check_circle Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• check_circle We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who behave in a disruptive or dangerous manner.

• check_circle Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• check_circle Consumption of alcohol is allowed only in designated vehicles with prior arrangement.
• check_circle Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
• check_circle Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of TransferSO and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Antalya.
